A quick and easy, clean and simple Christmas card using the SU Dove of Peace wood stamp. I just heat embossed the stamp with gold powder after stamping it in Versamark ink. A few little pearls add a little something to the bold image.
I used the SU Curvy Corner Trio Corner punch to punch the corners and the Christmas Greetings Thinlits to create a pretty CAS sentiment with black Glimmer paper although it has a beautiful sentiment already on the stamp.
The Curvy Corner Trio Punch is three punches in one. It cuts two corner designs and a ribbon slide for tons of tag options. Yippee it is still available as a carry over item in the new mini catalog!
I punched slots at the top of a ton of Christmas tags in a snap using the ribbon slot part of the punch. You simply place any length of paper up against the straight edge in the punch and punch the slot. You could even make the slot longer to accommodate different widths of ribbon by pushing it a bit on either side and punching it again. Here are some SU samples where you can see an example of all three punching options:
The Dove of Peace wood stamp and the Black Glimmer paper is retiring…
Here is the RETIRING LIST in case you want to make some last minute decisions before the retiring items are gone January 4th.
